Reset workflow state does not seem to work

SYMPTOMS

This happens when trying to reset a workflow state. As search criteria, the exact request number (or project name) is specified so that the search returns only one result.

Then 'save' is clicked but the workflow for the request / project is not reset.

 


 

RESOLUTION

Even if the search returns only one row, that row needs to be selected by clicking on it in the table with the search results. Otherwise, the workflow is not reset for that row.
