Resource UDFs questions

1. Unable to see the history of the initial assignment, or changes (using my resource record)….?

2. Selected this as “Mandatory” , however it looks like the system leaves this as blank until the next time the resource record is edited/saved. I was expecting (hoping?) that the default value would be applied to each record (maybe a system/batch job…?)….

 


Default Value UDF will only be populated with the default value when a new resource/user is created. Existing profiles won’t be updated with the newly created default value.

For the history tracking, no job is required. To see the history tracking, click on the “Resource History” link on the resource profile. Once the history screen comes up, click on the Actions menu and select Filter History. Select the specific filter options.
