Survey reference is empty v2010

We are sending surveys using prompt tags, like project name. The project name appears in the survey to be filled in. But when checking the survey answer in Changepoint, the reference field is not always populated. What is the reason?

When sending a survey, two types of fields can be filled in:

1. The prompt tags
2. The reference. This is the field labelled 'What is this survey about'.

The values in a prompt tag and in the reference are often the same (e.g. the same project). But if you only fill in the prompt and not the field 'what is the survey about', the reference field will remain empty when looking at the survey answer in Changepoint.
