Managing Qualifications

QUESTION:
When attempting to update my list of qualifications I follow the steps provided in the Changepoint E-help glossary. I am able to check the appropriate box for a competency as the instructions say, but I do not have a Years of Experience field of Last Used field as called out in the instructions (steps 6 and 7).


ANSWER:
The years of experience and last used columns only populate when you have configured a Competency in System Manager under User Setup – Qualifications. In the actions menu, there is a selection to add the section ‘Competency’.
