Resource request configurable field default values are not used when creating a resource request

Unlike the other entities (see this article), the default values that you set in Changepoint Admin->User Interface->Configurable Field Values are not used directly when a resource request is created. They are used when a project is being created, for the configurable field that is displayed in the "Project team" section.

On the other hand, when resource requests are being created (by the workflow job) the configurable field values that you set in the "Project team" section in project edit page are used as the default values.
