Error using advanced search for a closed request(2010)

SYMPTOMS:

When using Advanced Search to find a closed request, the result for the request is returned. However, clicking on the link generated the following message:


ERROR/WARNING MESSAGES:
Record not found

REASON:
N/A


RESOLUTION:
In the user interface, from Engagement RequestProcessingRole tab, re-create a record with requesttype='WR', and do the search once again; the result will be shown.
