Is it possible to remind users to submit their timesheet?

Is it possible to have an automated reminder for users to fill in and submit their timesheet?

 

 

Answer
Yes this is possible. To do so

  1. Enable the job 'time conformance' on the SQL Server. By default it runs on Sunday evenings and checks the time submissions for the previous week.
  2. Enable the email template 'time submission conformance'
  3. Make sure that on the user profile the field 'submission hours' is populated. Changepoint will send the reminder if less than the submission hours have been submitted. If a resource has a daily submission cycle, Changepoint will require at least 5 times that amount of hours to be submitted.
