Pinned items and recently viewed items do not appear in the Recents list

The items in the Recents lists are saved when the user either signs out of Changepoint (user menu > Sign out) or closes the browser.

Items can be missing from the Recents list when users do not end their Changepoint session properly by clicking "Sign out" in the user menu and instead leaves the browser window open, allowing the session to expire.
