We're excited to introduce Team Planning and Management capabilities to enhance how you handle resource demand, capacity planning, and team assignments. Currently, resource management is primarily individual-focused, but this new feature will enable you to plan and visualize at the team level, optimizing how you manage groups, squads, and departments across your organization.
Team Planning and Management provides a fundamental shift in how you approach resource allocation by enabling team-based planning. In this initial Labs release, you'll be able to define teams with capacity and cost attributes and assign these teams to work items—core capabilities that will evolve based on your feedback. Strategy and Work Association Support (Planview Portfolios) | Planview Roadmaps for Enterprise | We're excited to introduce strategy and work association support for Planview Roadmaps for Enterprise and Planview Portfolios, enabling comprehensive visualization of how work across portfolios aligns with strategic imperatives.
