Strategy and Work Association Support Portfolios We're excited to introduce strategy and work association support for Planview Portfolios, enabling comprehensive visualization of how work across portfolios aligns with strategic imperatives. Currently, work items are viewed independently, but this new feature will allow you to visualize strategic relationships and organize roadmap items by them, while maintaining visibility into detailed work information such as status, dates, and progress.

The new functionality will enable you to:
  • Group work items by strategies
  • View detailed work information directly from the strategy view
  • Understand how work items contribute to different strategies

By joining this Labs program, you'll get early access to test this feature in your sandbox environment. Your feedback will be invaluable in helping us refine and enhance this capability before its full release. This is your opportunity to influence how strategy visualization evolves in Planview Portfolios!

*Note: This feature is currently only available in sandbox environments for testing purposes.

List View AgilePlace We’re excited to introduce the AgilePlace List View, enhancing how you visualize and manage your work items. Currently displayed in a Kanban board layout, your cards will additionally appear in a structured list format, offering a more detailed, data-centric overview of your work.

Key Benefits:
  • See your work items in a tabular, spreadsheet-like view
  • Access a more structured presentation of card attributes and data
  • Maintain a detailed view of work items while complementing the flow-based Kanban visualization
  • Choose the visualization that best suits your team’s preferences and needs

The List View provides an alternative way to interact with your cards while preserving all the functionality you rely on. This new view makes it simpler to track detailed attributes while giving teams that prefer a more structured format a view tailored to their workflow. By joining this Labs program, you’ll be able to share your feedback early with product management. Your feedback will be crucial in refining this feature and will help us shape the next steps!
