Analysis Engagements Advisory Subscriptions

Evolve Standard Analysis

Focus: One process area or business outcome

Time frame: 1-2 weeks duration to complete

Customer commitment: Up to eight hours for assessment interviews and follow-on discussions

Deliverable: Summary analysis and targeted recommendations for improvement

Evolve Organizational Analysis

Focus: Cross-functional processes and pain points, core strategic outcomes, and a deep dive with key customer stakeholders to identify areas for improvement

Time frame: 2-3 weeks duration to complete

Customer commitment: Up to 24 hours for assessment interviews and follow-on discussions
