Reporting on Budget Revision types in Cognos (2014 SP1)

QUESTION:

When looking in the Changepoint application, at the budget screen,  the Budget Revision Type is blank.

When looking at the data returned in Cognos,  a Budget Revision Type value is returned. This does not match the Changepoint Application screen
 

ANSWER:

The revision types were deleted.

For reporting purposes the deleted revision types will be available for historical reporting. 

However they will not be displayed when editing the budget because deleted Revision types should not be available for selection.
