Symptoms

We have been following the Installation Guide, but we are receiving  the error code 503 in the webservice.

We changed in IIS, the name of the sites too. Are there some modifications that we should to do in IIS Service?

Reason

The Application pools were set to use the Identity of CacheService, rather than the Identity of ApplicationPoolIdentity.

Resoluion

Set the Application pools to use the ApplicationPoolIdentity.
