S-Curve Reports not Displaying all Lines-Data (v2014)

QUESTION:
Why the S-Curve Reports are not displaying data for the following fields?
Instead zeros appear:

Total Planned Hours
Total Budget Hours
Total Actual Cost
Total Forecast Cost
Total Cost at Completion
Cost Variance
Total Budget Cost
Total Baseline Cost

ANSWER:
All project related resource billing\cost rates were set to zero; also there is no budget used.
The recommendation is to update resource billing\cost rate.

Populated the users billing rates in the Engagement and also in the project worksheet.
Now the S-Curve reports display values in the Total Planned Hours and Total Forecast Hours columns and curves.
