ISSUE:

I am unable to receive an email for a scheduled report . Other email notifications are working.
I am not sure if this is a separate service for Cognos which needs to be turned on.

The following message is received in the Cognos Connection.

ERROR:

CNC-SDS-0408 There are email messages waiting to be sent.


RESOLUTION:

Setup Cognos notification and restart Cognos Service so that change can take effect.
