Opportunity dates are not moved based on revised closed date (2014)

SYMPTOMS

There are some opportunities that have a revised closed date in the future, no outcome selected and that are not linked to any engagement. Yet, the items in the opportunity (services, fixed fees, ...) are not moved to reflect the revised closed date.


RESOLUTION

1 - Moving the items in the opportunity based on revised closed date is done by the job 'Financial Analysis Summary'. Please check the job history for this job to verify that it is executed without errors every day.

2 - Please make sure that Record Type 11 is enabled in your database. To do so, please check the table FinAnnRectype for type=11 and see if the column enabled is 1. If not, please set it to 1 directly in the database, there is no user interface for that.
