Where can I access request workflow comments ?

Request workflow comments are available in the workflow history. 

1. On the request profile, click Actions > View > History.
2. On the Request History view, click Actions > Filter history.
3. In the Filter Criteria dialog, click Workflow.
4. Click Go.
