Fields in Intelligent Forms form are not aligned properly horizontally

Issue

This alignment problem occurs in SmartIQ version 11, when some fields in the same line are mandatory and some are not, and the field labels are above the fields..

Workaround

For every question on a line that is not mandatory, set the text using source code to the following:
