Time data provider not capturing overtime hours for All Time report

SYMPTOMS:
When running the All Time report, which uses the Time data provider, overtime hours are not showing up.

REASON:
Custom Time Field was not properly linked to the table


RESOLUTION:
1. Open the All Time report in Report Designer
2. Click on the report table (right window)
3. Select the option "Link table to data collection"
4. Ensure the Provider "Custom field" Hours is checked.
5. Save report.
