Cannot change the time control setting

Symptoms
The time control setting (entered / submitted / approved) needs to be changed, but in the corresponding window, the fields are disabled. It is possible to see the current choice, but it cannot be changed.

 

 

Resolution
In order to be able to change the time control setting, please make sure that all time records in the sytem are approved. This needs to be true for project time, non-project time and request time.
