Why is the billing role not included for task assignments for the newly created tasks activated from PPW

The billing role can be included with a task assignment only if the billing role is specified for the task and saved before or at the same time that the task assignment is created. Note that clicking Apply saves the existing data in the spreadsheet.

If you create the task and its task assignments and then save them before specifying the billing role, then the task assignments will not have the billing role.

Note also that if you change the billing role for a task, only new task assignments created after the change is made will have the billing role. The new billing role will not be updated for the pre-existing task assignments.
