Contracts	CPE-2023-00148	Cannot update existing billing rates on contracts when the browser language is not set to English. Errors such as "Please fill in the field [discount %]" and "The billing rate entered is invalid" are appearing when the billing rate history is being updated.
Investment Planning	CPE-2023-00141	If you enter text to search and select a funding source in the "Associate Funding Source" dialog box, the "Copy Row" option is no longer available.
Support Desk / Requests	CPE-2023-00142	Cannot add an attachment when creating a new request.
Time Entry	CPE-2023-00127	If a resource clicks an empty cell when adjusting approved time and then clicks "Submit," the message "You have no time entries to submit" appears and the adjusted time request is not sent for approval.
