Rules for user Changepoint timeout

How to check timeout frequency?


Session Clean Up scheduled job governs timeout. The job schedule frequency can be adjusted to delay/adjust timeouts.
The conditions for 'Session Clean Up' is as follow.
• The user did not log out of Changepoint properly and the session has been
inactive for more than 5.5 minutes (330 seconds). This can occur when the
browser has been closed without logging out of Changepoint using the logoff
icon or when a crash occurs.
• The user has been logged on for more than 1 day.
• The user is accessing Changepoint using a mobile device and the user has
not interacted with Changepoint for more than 5.5 minutes (330 seconds).
