Resource Management Worksheet not displaying all workgroups (2012)

REASON:
System manager configuration needed to be updated to allow proper access rights.


ANSWER:

System manager configuration needed to be updated to allow proper access rights.


1. Go to System Manager
2. Go to User Setup
3. Go to Workgroups. Select highest level parent workgroup
4. Go to Access rights > "Resources who will be Resource Managers for this Workgroup and receive Resource requests from other Workgroups:"
5. Select the resources name and then select Include Children
6. Now all assigned workgroups appear in RMW.
