Closed Requests Showing in the Requests Section of the Time Sheet

Question
Why closed requests are appearing in the timesheet treeview?

 

 

Answer
The closed requests had not been filtered out in the Request Type dialog / Time Control section of System Manager, and the request assignment had Show on timesheet checked off, therefore the request shows in the assignee's timesheet.

This is working as designed.

  • remove the checkmark on the Demand tab of the request edit box that says show on timesheet

OR

  • filter out closed requests on the Time Control section of the Request Types screen in System Manager.
