Intelligent Forms "Create Contract" form does not work after upgrading to SmartIQ

If you use the standard Create Contract form, you must upgrade it after upgrading to SmartIQ.

  1. Download the Create Engagement.ixpkg file to the client machine that you use to sign into ChangePoint.
  2. In ChangePoint Administration, sign into Infiniti Manage (Intelligent Forms > Infiniti Manage) using admin for both the username and password.
  3. Click Projects in the left pane.
  4. Import the file into Infiniti Manage:
    1. Click the Import button, click Choose File, and then select the Create Engagement.ixpkg file.
    2. Click the Upload button. 
    3. Change the Project Name to Create Contract.
    4. Click the Import button.
    5. Click Save.
  5. Publish the file as a project:
    1. Click Publish. The Publish Project view appears. 
    2. In the Folder field, select a folder for the project, and then click the Save button. 
    3. Copy the value in the ID field, which you require for the next step. 
  6. In ChangePoint Administration, edit the custom section item so that it is linked to the new form project:
    1. Access the Create Contract custom section item (User Interface > Custom Sections > Changepoint > Custom).
    2. In the URL field, replace the ID part of the URL with the ID that you copied, above. 
    3. Click Save.
