Resource Management View request filter returning an error message (2010 SP1)

SYMPTOMS:
For multiple users, when selecting the "Request Filter" tab on the Resource Management View, the server error is returned.

ERROR/WARNING MESSAGES:
Server Error in '/' Application
Data is Null. This method or property cannot be called on Null values

REASON:
Data issue with PCID

RESOLUTION:
A code or text UDF was set up for requests and there was a PageContent Id there that did not have a corresponding entry in the PageContent table.
Check the udf’s for requests to see if any have a page content id set.
You would do that in System Manager in the configurable field settings, see if any have a PCID number, then check to see in the section called Strings and PCIDs if the value has been entered there.
