Revenue Recognition reports not available in Edge/Chrome/FireFox but only in Internet Explorer.

In older versions of Changepoint this is by design,as these reports had been developed and tested only on Internet Explorer.

Starting Changepoint V2020 General Patch 130 and later versions (Changepoint V2021, V2022,...) allow these reports in all supported browsers.

Resolution

1. If you're on a version before V2020 GP130, you need to upgrade.

2. If you're on a version where these reports should be available in all browsers, but are only available in IE: This is a case that can occur when the database language (not UI language) is not english. You can check this by doing a

select dblanguage from version

If this is not equal to 'E' it means your database language is not english and the issue can be fixed by runnning the attached script 'AllowRevRecInAllBrowsers.sql'

If this is equal to 'E' yet you don't have the reports in other browsers, please contact customer care.
