Error while importing using the Transport Tool v2010

The export using the transport tool works fine but while importing, there was an error: “The import process cannot be run until Changepoint is locked. Please try again after Changepoint has been locked.”

We locked the Changepoint while doing the import. Why do we get this error?


This message appears if more than one user is logged into Changepoint during the import process.
