How to have overtime count as billable time?

Symptoms
There are 9 hours in the unbillable column of the report called Billable Utilization by Workgroup. These hours appear to be OT from 6/11 that are billable. How do we get these non-billable hours to show on the billable part of the report?
 

 

Reason
The Include overtime % check box was unchecked at the Engagement level therefor showing the hours in question as non-billable.

Resolution
Log into Enterprise, go to the Engagement in question, click on Cross Charges and SELECT Include overtime.
