Why must time be submitted for the whole week if the submission cycle is daily?
 

Answer
If the submission cycle is daily, you can submit time in the current week on a daily basis.

However if you have not submitted time for a past week, you will not be able to submit time on a daily basis unless the option that allows time to be submitted out of sequence has been selected in your resource account in User Setup.
