Invoiced and credited fixed fee cannot be deleted

Symptoms

A fixed fee has been invoiced and then a credit note has been created. Yet, the fixed fee displays as invoiced and cannot be deleted.

Resolution

Make sure the credit note is committed. As long as the credit note is only created and approved but not committed, the fixed fee remains invoiced.

Then, if the goal is to delete the fixed fee, also make sure that the fixed fee is not referenced anywhere else, e.g. in a task or in a budget.
