Emails sent to clients about closed requests
Symptoms
We have workflow to send out a survey and have heard from Changepoint that the initiators (our customers) must be set up as workflow participants (via client portal access). We have started to do this for some customers. Now they are getting a message that is defined in the Email Templates section titled "Support Request submitted through client portal is closed". These requests are not being submitted through the client portal. We do not want these messages going on. Can we turn this off?
Reason
The E-mail notification has been activated in System Manager.
Resolution
Disable the System E-mail Templates (Client Portal User related) by following these steps:
1. Go to System Manager, General Setup->E-mail Templates
2. Select the E-mail notifications needed to be disabled, the one you want is at the bottom of the list "Support Request submitted through the client portal is closed"
3. Uncheck the Enable this email template for usage in Changepoint.
4. Click Save.
