Request not appearing on the timesheet

QUESTION:
We have a work request for a non-project task, assigned to a group of users who should submit time against.
They are all are soft-booked. The show bookings on timesheet check box is also enabled. Most employees see this work request on their timesheet with no issue. However some of them do not see this request. What are the criteria to see the request in timesheet?


ANSWER:
The reason that resources in question were unable to see the request on their timesheet is, they dot have view access to the project selected on the request. Please go to the project and grant the view access to them. Then they will be able to see the request on their timesheet.

In order for all users to see the request on their timesheet, they need to have access to the sections listed below:
1. Support desk selected on the request
2. Queue selected on the request (if the request is assigned to a queue)
3. Project selected on the request (if there is one selected).
