When SSO is enabled, why do users have to sign in when using the MSP interface?

Users must sign in using a Changepoint user account and password because the MSP interface does not support SSO.

Therefore you if your organization uses SSO, the administrator needs to set up a password in Changepoint for the users who use the MSP interface.
