Deleted cognos reports not being removed

QUESTION:
A number of COGNOS reports have been deleted from the Report Studio but are still appearing in our environment. Synchronization has occurred several times since these old drafts were removed.
Can you advise how to get these old drafts out of the Reports view of CP? Is there a setting or permission that needs to be changed to ensure that deletions are processed correctly during Synch?
 


ANSWER:
After deleting reports and the “Synchronize Cognos Reports", log out of Changepoint and back in. The report tree-view is cached and will not reflect the latest sync until you log back in.
If the reports still show, run http://ChangepointURL:Port/flushcache.aspx and click the ‘Cognos’ button.
