Support Search Not Returning Results

Problem:

The Changepoint 'Search Support' does not reutrn any results.


Solutioin:

There are a couple of steps that can be completed to resolve this problem:

1. Validate the users has the required permissions to view the record

2. Verify that the 'CPFullText' or 'CPFullText using background updated jobs are enables and have been run successfully.  They can be run or scheduled again to update the FullText search catalog.

If the problem persists, then it's most likely a Microsoft FullText search issue and Microsoft should be contacted to help resolve the problem.
