CP2012 - Allow non admin users to unlock requests

*QUESTION:
We have a user that we would like to grant access to unlock requests, but we don't want to grant them system administrator rights.

Is there a role we can assign that will allow us to accomplish this?


*ANSWER:
Resource needs to be given the "Record Locking" feature.
