Cannot change Billable check box for the project

You cannot change the setting of the Billable project check box under the following conditions:

  • the "Allow project managers to override the [Billable] status" is not checked for the engagement, or
  • the Split billing check box has been selected on the Billing Information tab of the engagement and either of the following conditions exist:
    • Invoices exist for an engagement or phantom engagement that is in Draft, Pending Approval, Pending Second Approval or Approved status.
    • All invoices are committed, but there is time and/or expenses for the engagement or phantom engagement that have not been fully invoiced.
