Symptoms

When accessing Cognos Analytics, a blank page appears.

HTTP trace indicates "HTTP/1.1 500 URL Rewrite Module Error.".

The Changepoint Cognos Web Components log has the following warning: 

"* WARNING: system.webServer/proxy could not be enabled. Application Request Routine (ARR) feature may not be installed properly. Review the CPWebComponent Installer log file for more detail."


Reason

The Application Request Routing Proxy is not enabled.
