Resource details (skill level details) update by immediate supervisor

The immediate supervisor (reports to) is required to update certain details (skill level details) about the resource (Custom fields in the user setup form).
How can the rights be assigned to the immediate supervisor to do this?


1. Add the "Access system configuration console" feature to resource
(Makes the User Setup option available on Enterprise site)

2. Add the "View Organizational Information Section" feature to resource
(Allows the workgroups and configurable fields access)

3. Configure the User Management Restrictions function to restrict the workgroup access
