QUESTION:
How is session time out handled in Changepoint? Where is this setting and how does it work?

ANSWER:
The Changepoint window connects every 5 minutes to the website to say that your session is still alive. If this doesn’t happen, a database job called “Session Clean Up” that runs (default) every 5 minutes removes all sessions that have not been refreshed recently.
