UI behaving erratically for one user

Points to check:

  • Empty browser cache
  • In IE, make sure page refresh setting is 'Automatically' and not 'never' or 'once per session'
  • Disable browser plugins
  • Check form autocomplete is turned off in Internet Explorer:

    In IE11 under Internet Options – Content tab, there is a AutoComplete section. Click on the Settings button, there is a checkbox labeled as “Forms”. Unchecking that box will disable that feature and resolve the drop down history on pick lists (ie when creating an expense).
