Why transferring time and expenses is taking too long?

Question: Why transferring time and expenses is taking too long?

Answer:Possible cause would be the amount of data being collected but the below procedure.

 

Fields description

  • "Records to transfer": tick the time and/or expenses checkboxes
  • "Start date" and "End date": the dates bracket should cover all time entries you wish to transfer and the target task assignment where you will transfer those entries.
  • "Transfer from": This can contain either a customer, engagement, project, task or resource name
  • "Transfer to": This can contain either a customer, engagement, project, task or resource name

The user will need to fill in all fields, especially the "Transfer from" and "Transfer to" prior to clicking on the search button.
