Color printing is not working for report designer reports and it prints black and white from Internet Explorer.

ANSWER:
The Print background colors and images option needs to be selected on Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer 8 configuration steps:
1) Click the "Tools" from Menu bar
2) Select the "Internet Options"
3) Click the "Advanced" tab
4) Locate the Printing section in "Settings"
5) Check the box for "Print background colors and images"
6) Click OK to save the change
7) Click the "File" from Menu bar
8) Select the "Page setup"
9) Check the box for "Print Background Colors and Images"""
10) Click OK to save the change

Internet Explorer 9 configuration steps:
1) Select the "Page setup"
2) Check the box for "Print Background Colors and Images"
3) Click OK to save the change
