API - Not able to log in using SOAP

Symptoms

Attempt to log in to web services API fails with the following error:

Error in SOAP response:

                <Number>-9</Number>
                <Message>Unknown error.</Message>
                <Source>Changepoint.CPWebService.WSLogin.Login</Source>


Resolution

In the API Web.config file, find and enable (uncomment) the sections that follow this comment:
