Request time is sent to the wrong approver
Symptoms
Request time is sent to the wrong approver, it's not the one configured in the engagement.
Answer
- If it is the primary approver that is submitting time himself, this will go to the secondary approver for approval.
- Please check for any delegations that might have been done. In case of multiple approval delegation, the initial approver needs to un-delegate in order to revert back to the initial situation.
- You might change the engagement time approvers to a different value, save, and then change them back. After a while (a job is involved) the approver will be recomputed according to the configuration.
