Batch calendar synchronization option is not available in Outlook add-in

SYMPTOMS:
Batch calendar synchronization option is not available in Outlook add-in.

REASON:
The "Enable Outlook calendar synchronization" option is not selected in Changepoint, Preferences page.


RESOLUTION:
Follow the steps below to see the batch calendar option in Outlook:

1- Assign "Modify Calendar Synchronization" feature to the user in Changepoint
2- Go to Preferences page, the "Enable Outlook calendar synchronization" option should be visible in Preferences after the feature assignment
3- Select "Enable Outlook calendar synchronization" option, Save the selection
4- Go to Changepoint add-in tab in Outlook, connect to Changepoint

The batch calendar synchronization option should be available in Outlook add-in after selecting the option in Changepoint, Preferences page.
