If a workflow breaks into two steps at the same time, is it possible to dictate which one should be triggered first?
 


 

ANSWER

There is no control as to which step is activated first when a split decision is used transition to all steps.
Add another ‘status’ step that comes before the step that should be activated last.
Then configure a ‘conclude’ escalation rule for that new step for a few minutes. It would then move on to the next step.
Modify any reports to exclude that step, as it’s just a ‘wait a minute’ step.
