Users are being redirected to the old server when trying to login

After moving the Changepoint to another domain and modifying the URL, when users try to connect to the new URL they are being redirected to the old URL.

All occurrences of the old URL in the configuration files need to be replaced by the new URL:

  • In the web.config under the Enterprise folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Changepoint\Changepoint\Enterprise)
  • In the web.config under the respective SSO folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Changepoint\Changepoint\Enterprise\RP-STS_ISAPI, if ISAPI is used)
  • In the hosts file under C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
