"Login Failed .... at InfinitiChangepointConnector.Common.Login()" error when launching Intelligent Forms

The solution is to set up a Changepoint password for the user.

This problem occurred in an SSO environment. Normally in SSO environments, it is not necessary to set up a password for users in User Setup. However, Intelligent Forms requires a Changepoint password, which is why the user was able to access Changepoint but not Intelligent Forms.

           

NOTE

If using SSO, make sure that password complexity rules are not set in Changepoint Administration. Password complexity rules will be validated by Intelligent Forms if they are enabled.
